May the 13th (Friday) has passed. We had our club meeting and finalized most of the ''glitches'' that were left to be worked out for the ham fest. I think I have sent out to those concerned (that''s the people who have volunteered to bring food and/or work at the fest) an e-mail to remind them of what they are responsible for. If everything comes off as planned, I believe we will have another good ham fest. The next thing, and most important thing, is for ALL the club members to come out and support this get together. I think we are also going to have many others showing up. I have been talking the ham fest up on most of the nets on various nights through out the weeks.
After the fest is over, we will need a little help in the clean up of the building as well as taking the tables back to places from where we borrowed them. So, if at all possible, please give a helping hand on doing some of that part of the details. It would be appreciated.
